Northshore had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.4 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Chalmette Owls by a score of 42-35. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 31st, while the Owls are ranked 170th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
