Tippecanoe Valley had won four straight games and Blain Sheetz did his part to make it five on Friday. The Tippecanoe Valley Vikings took down the LaVille Lancers 50-33 thanks in part to Sheetz, who almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine rebounds. That's the most boards he has posted since back in December of 2023.

Ian Cooksey was another key player, putting up ten points along with five assists and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played.

When it comes to explaining why LaVille lost, don't look at Collin Czarnecki. Despite the final result, he posted 20 points and eight rebounds. That was a full 60.6% of LaVille's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Tippecanoe Valley is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.2 points per game. As for LaVille, they moved to 11-6 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
