Softball Recap: Eastern Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Eastern can now relate to. They lost 11-0 to the Rochester Zebras on Tuesday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Comets haven't been shut out since back in April.

Eastern has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-14 record this season. As for Rochester, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-3.

Eastern does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rochester, they will take on Oak Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
