Football Recap: Arcanum Trojans vs. Tri-Village Patriots
Despite a strong season so far, Arcanum has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They were dealt a 42-0 defeat at the hands of the Tri-Village Patriots on Friday. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Trojans were not able to get on the board.
Weston Schmidt threw for 38 yards on five of 13 attempts. On the ground, Hudson Knaus rushed for 28 yards.
It was another big night for Staley Colston, who rushed for 109 yards and one touchdown on only 12 carries for Tri-Village. Trey Sagester was another key player, rushing for 35 yards.
Arcanum's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Tri-Village, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
