Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Decatur Heritage Christian Academy walked away with it. They strolled past the Tanner Rattlers with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 68-50. The win was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won 12 games in a row.

Tanner's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ping Malone, who posted 11 points along with seven boards and three steals. Malone is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Elyjah Jones, who earned 15 points.

Decatur Heritage Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 22-9. As for Tanner, their loss dropped their record down to 16-15.

As of now, neither Decatur Heritage Christian Academy nor Tanner have any future games scheduled.
