Madill extended their winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Elexis Holmes. Everything went the Madill Wildcats' way against the Hugo Buffaloes on Tuesday as the Madill Wildcats made off with a 79-55 victory thanks in part to Holmes, who went 12 of 18 en route to 27 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Madill's points.

Arlette Andrade was another key player, putting up five points in addition to seven assists and three steals. Those seven assists gave her a new career-high.

Madill pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Hugo, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Madill didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 61-10 victory against Durant on the 23rd. As for Hugo, they will head out to square off against Idabel at 6:30 p.m. on January 28th.
