Lafayette's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over Campbell County. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Generals.

Meanwhile, DuPont Manual unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of Sayre by a score of 3-2.

DuPont Manual saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nick Ballard, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Lafayette pushed their record up to 23-12 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for DuPont Manual, their loss dropped their record down to 11-14.
