Basketball Recap: Dallas Comes Up Short

Dallas was the 46-42 winner over Woodburn when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Dallas Dragons took a 44-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodburn Bulldogs.

Dallas dropped their record down to 3-10 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Woodburn, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8.

Dallas and Woodburn could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings. Dallas will challenge West Albany at 7:00 p.m. on Friday down 132 places (182 vs. 50). Similarly, Woodburn (ranked 183rd) will meet Silverton (ranked tenth) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
