Volleyball Recap: Horse Creek Academy Has No Trouble Against North

Horse Creek Academy won the last time they faced North and things went their way on Monday too. The Stallions were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles.

The final score came out to 25-6, 25-17, 25-12.

Horse Creek Academy found their leader in freshman Lucy Taylor, who had 12 digs. Those 12 digs set a new season-high mark for Taylor. Krissa Fletcher - Bulmer also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.

Horse Creek Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North only served six.

Horse Creek Academy's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for North, they moved to 9-6-1 with that defeat, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Horse Creek Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Hunter-Kinard-Tyler on the 7th. As for North, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Wagener-Salley on the 7th.
