Softball Game Preview: Black Hills Wolves vs. Shelton Highclimbers

The Black Hills Wolves will head out to challenge the Shelton Highclimbers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Black Hills has given up an average of 7.5 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Black Hills came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Tumwater, falling 15-3.

Black Hills saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hannah O'Shurak, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Shelton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 10-3 to Aberdeen.

Shelton's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Black Hills, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-6.

Everything went Black Hills' way against Shelton when the teams last played last Friday, as Black Hills made off with a 9-0 victory. Will the Wolves repeat their success, or do the Highclimbers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
