If Jefferson Christian Academy wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played James Monroe, they should've done a better job of containing Maggie Boroski. The James Monroe Mavericks blew past the Jefferson Christian Academy Cardinals 51-29 on Monday thanks in part to Boroski, who posted 20 points in addition to eight rebounds and six steals. The game was her sixth in a row with at least 15 points.

Bryleigh Thomas was another key player, putting up four points. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in field goal percentage (67%).

The win made it two in a row for James Monroe and bumps their season record up to 17-3. As for Jefferson Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 10-9 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
