Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln was the 2-1 winner over Treynor when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lynx took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals on Saturday. The Lynx have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Jasmine Shields paced Lincoln's offense, picking up four kills. Shields got some help from Kamryn Hamilton and her eight assists.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Treynor, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2.

Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Red Oak on the 20th. Treynor has also already played their next match (against Underwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
