Barr-Reeve's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Seth Wagler, who went 7 of 15 en route to 16 points and seven rebounds, and Landon Miller, who went 7 for 9 on his way to 17 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Kierson Lengacher, who posted six points.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shoals). Barr-Reeve's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.7 points per game. As for Shoals, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11.

Barr-Reeve took their victory against Shoals in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 61-37. The rematch might be a little tougher for Barr-Reeve since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
