Oliver Ames came tearing into Friday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 points) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by an 83-61 margin over the Canton Bulldogs. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked ninth, while the Bulldogs are ranked 145th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
