Volleyball Recap: Austin Gets the Win

Austin saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the North Knox Warriors by a score of 2-0.

While Austin won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23.

Austin's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for North Knox, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Austin's road trip will continue as they head out to face Springs Valley at 1:40 p.m. on Saturday. The Blackhawks will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for North Knox, they will be playing at home against Evansville Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
