Soccer Game Preview: Jasper vs. Arab

The Jasper Vikings will head out to square off against the Arab Knights at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Arab took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Jasper, who comes in off a win.

Arab will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Jasper extended their winning streak to three on Friday. The Vikings walked away with a 3-1 win over Brewer. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Jasper were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Arab didn't have quite enough to beat Tuscaloosa Academy on Friday and fell 2-1.

Jasper's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Arab, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5-1.
