After a string of five wins, Lackawanna Trail's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell to the Mountain View Eagles 47-41. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-34 back in January.

Lackawanna Trail's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-8. As for Mountain View, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Lackawanna Trail wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 46-33 loss against Susquehanna on the 4th. Mountain View has also already played their next game (against Elk Lake), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
