Baseball Recap: Mulberry Panthers vs. Hardee Wildcats

After flying high against Winter Haven last Friday, Mulberry came back down to earth. The Mulberry Panthers fell just short of the Hardee Wildcats by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Nic Partridge was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of AJ Medina, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Mulberry's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Hardee, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
