Basketball Game Preview: Hanover Central Wildcats vs. Griffith Panthers

Two weeks ago, Hanover Central came up short against Andrean and fell 47-39. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Griffith). They were the clear victor by a 66-43 margin over Whiting last Friday. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season.

Griffith has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Hanover Central, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

Everything came up roses for Hanover Central against Griffith in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 59-25 win. Does Hanover Central have another victory up their sleeve, or will Griffith turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
