The Luther Knights will challenge the Wautoma Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, Luther got the win against Viroqua by a conclusive 3-0. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Blackhawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 27-25, 25-17.

Luther had a senior duo take command as Kamryn Anderson had 21 digs and two aces and Marlie Krause had ten digs and two assists. Anderson has been hot recently, having posted 21 or more digs the last three times she's played.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Wautoma, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against Pardeeville by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.
Wautoma had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-21, 25-22, 25-6.
Wautoma's victory bumped their record up to 18-15. As for Luther, their win bumped their record up to 17-10.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Thursday's match: Luther has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 7.3 aces per game.
