It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ramona can now relate to. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rancho Mirage Rattlers on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' loss signaled the end of their 12-game winning streak.

Ramona got a good showing from Alex Wilson, who pitched three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Wilson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Tallon Ogilive made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Zack Nightingale, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs.

Ramona's defeat dropped their record down to 23-8. As for Rancho Mirage, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Ramona nor Rancho Mirage have any future games scheduled.
