It was a good run, but Florence unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Little Chute Mustangs by a score of 2-1.

Kelsi Chrisman paced Florence's offense, picking up 12 kills. Chrisman got some help from Sami Demuri and her 14 assists. Chrisman was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Florence's loss dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Little Chute, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-9.

Florence didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Omro on the 27th. As for Little Chute, they will venture away from home to face off against Marinette at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
