Baseball Recap: Osceola Takes a Loss

Osceola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 18-2 to the Rivercrest Colts. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Colts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-1 last Thursday.

Osceola's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-1. As for Rivercrest, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Osceola is set to square off against their familiar foe Hoxie at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Rivercrest will face off against rival Walnut Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
