Basketball Recap: South Seneca Takes a Loss

South Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to the Bradford Central Braves, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 574th, while the Braves are ranked 286th).

South Seneca's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Bradford Central, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2.

South Seneca wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Dundee on the 11th. As for Bradford Central, they will challenge Romulus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
