While Mountain View put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Brooke Point. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Black Hawks with a sharp 14-0 win. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Black Hawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Mountain View's record is now 5-1. As for Brooke Point, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mountain View is set to challenge their familiar foe North Stafford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wildcats 1.7, the Wolverines 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Brooke Point will square off against rival Colonial Forge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
