Volleyball Recap: Maple River Takes a Loss

Maple River managed to slip by Loyola the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles came up short against the Crusaders on Monday, falling 3-0. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Maple River's defeat dropped their record down to 12-25-2. As for Loyola, the victory got them back to even at 12-12.

Maple River wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] on the 14th. As for Loyola, after both having extra time off, they and Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
