Soccer Game Preview: Jackson vs. Reagan

The Jackson Generals will challenge the Reagan Bison at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. Jackson will be strutting in after a victory while Reagan will be coming in after a loss.

Jackson is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Northwestern with a sharp 6-0 win. Considering Jackson have won 11 matchups by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Reagan came up short against Somerset Academy last Monday, falling 6-2. The defeat continues a trend for Reagan in their meetings with Somerset Academy: they've now lost three in a row.

The victory (which was Jackson's third in a row) raised their record to 14-3. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for Reagan, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5-3.
