Baseball Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 6-1 to the Canfield Cardinals.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Washington will host Boardman at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Canfield, they are taking a road trip to take on Louisville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
