Kansas City East Christian Academy has not had much luck with Veritas Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Kansas City East Christian Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Brayisha Avery and Mia Eshleman. Avery scored 16 points along with six rebounds and two steals, while Eshleman scored 11 points along with five rebounds. That was a full 35.5% of Kansas City East Christian Academy's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
