Volleyball Preview: Fenwick Friars vs. St. Laurence Vikings
Fenwick has been on the road for three straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will host the St. Laurence Vikings at 12:23 p.m. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.
Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Fenwick finally turned things around against Payton College Prep on Saturday. They had just enough and edged the Grizzlies out 2-1.
Fenwick had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-13, 15-11.
Meanwhile, St. Laurence had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Broncos 2-1.

Fenwick's victory bumped their record up to 11-16. As for St. Laurence, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 23-5 record this season.
