Volleyball Recap: Ashdown Takes a Loss

Ashdown came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Magnolia, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for Ashdown in their meetings with Magnolia: they've now lost five in a row.

Ashdown now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Magnolia, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ashdown will challenge Foreman at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Magnolia, they will be playing at home against Malvern at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
