After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tri-County RVT, Cape Cod RVT was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 41-0 victory over the Monomoy Sharks. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Crusaders considering their 12-point performance the matchup before.

The win got Cape Cod RVT back to even at 1-1. As for Monomoy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Cape Cod RVT will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Martha's Vineyard Regional at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Monomoy, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Hull at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
