Softball Recap: Edgewater Takes a Loss

Edgewater couldn't beat Windermere on Wednesday even though they stacked five runs on them in the third inning. The Eagles lost 20-5 to the Wolverines. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Wolverines recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Edgewater's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Windermere, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edgewater will head out to take on Ocoee at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Windermere, they will venture away from home to square off against Foundation Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
