With a playoff win on the line, Skyridge rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Herriman Mustangs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Falcons sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.
Estelle Slaney had an outrageously good game as she had 12 digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since October 3rd.
Skyridge's win bumped their record up to 26-2. As for Herriman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-11 record this season.
Skyridge will square off against Syracuse at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Herriman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
