Basketball Recap: West Cabarrus' Undefeated Season over After Five Games + How To Watch

After flying high against Palisades on Wednesday, West Cabarrus came back down to earth. The Wolverines took a 64-46 bruising from the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans on Thursday. The matchup marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, West Cabarrus fell to 4-1. As for Northwest Cabarrus, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Cabarrus will take on North Mecklenburg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northwest Cabarrus, they will face off against Salisbury at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
