             The Fairview Knights are taking a road trip to  take on the Broomfield Eagles  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Fairview is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7  goals per game  this season.
 Fairview's defense heads into the  match  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Tuesday. They blew past Monarch 3-0. Given the Knights' advantage  in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings  (they are ranked tenth, while the Coyotes are ranked 84th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Fairview hit Monarch with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from 
 Matthew Seigenfeld, 
 Oliver Ruzzin,  and 
 Ben Ortman.
 Meanwhile, Broomfield had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They had just enough and edged the Tigers out  2-1.
 The  win made it two in a row for Fairview and  bumps their season record up to 7-3-3. As for Broomfield, their victory bumped their record up to 11-1-1.
 Fairview beat Broomfield by a goal  in their previous matchup  back in October of 2023, winning  1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fairview since the  squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
