Soccer Recap: Watsonville Comes Up Short

On Thursday, the Watsonville Wildcatz came up short against the Stevenson Pirates and fell 3-1.

Watsonville's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1-2 and their overall record down to 4-3-6. As for Stevenson, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Watsonville will take on King City at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Stevenson, they will challenge Rancho San Juan at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
