While Windermere Prep's win against Circle Christian wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lakers skirted past the Centurions 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Lakers have posted since February 25, 2025.

Andrew Ligonis was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

Windermere Prep now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Circle Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Windermere Prep will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Centurions: the pair will be back at it again later today.
