Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakeland). They put the hurt on the Osceola Indians with a sharp 11-1 victory on Friday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Vikings with their most commanding win of the season.

The win got Lakeland back to even at 3-3. As for Osceola, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Lakeland will square off against Northeast Vernon County at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. This will be Lakeland's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Osceola, they will head out to face off against Liberal at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
