Meanwhile, Lincoln fell victim to Adrian and their airtight defense on Friday. They fell just short of the Maples by a score of 3-0. The loss was the Railsplitters' first of the season.

Pinckney's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lincoln, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Everything came up roses for Pinckney against Lincoln in their previous matchup back in October of 2020, as the squad secured a 40-13 victory. Do the Pirates have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Railsplitters turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
