Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Chelsea walked away with it. They never let the Adrian Maples get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

Chelsea has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Adrian, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-15.
