On the hitting side, Midlothian let Jocelyn Martinez and Madison Howard run wild. That's the most doubles Martinez has posted since back in February. Aubrey Robledo was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three runs.

White got a massive performance out of Ilianna Garibaldi, who went 4-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple was Garibaldi's first of the season. Another player making a difference was TJ Alvarado, who went 4-for-5 with four runs, one triple, and two RBI.

Thursday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Midlothian hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .366. However, it's not like White struggles in that department as they've averaged .416. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Midlothian got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in May of 2025 against White by a conclusive 26-0 score. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Longhorns have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
