Baseball Recap: Sedan Devils vs. Udall Eagles

Sedan hadn't beaten Udall on the road since May 16, 2022 but that history sure didn't bother them on Monday. The Devils blew past the Eagles 10-3. Considering the Devils' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Brycen Dickens was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Dickens was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Jackson Shipley was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-5. Ethan Zimmerman was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
