Softball Game Preview: Mission San Jose Warriors vs. American Eagles

The Mission San Jose Warriors will face off against the American Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mission San Jose is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Mission San Jose's offense. They lost 10-0 to James Logan on Tuesday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Warriors haven't been shut out since back in April.

American couldn't beat Moreau Catholic on Tuesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the third inning. The Eagles came up short against the Mariners, falling 17-6.

Mya Anderson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.

Mission San Jose's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for American, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.
