Basketball Recap: Westbrook Comes Up Short

Westbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Putnam Clippers, falling 53-30.

AHMYAS CARDONA was the offensive standout of the contest as he went 6 for 10 en route to 16 points and five assists. NICHOLAS DEVLIN was another key player, putting up seven points and seven boards.

Westbrook's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Putnam, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Westbrook has already played their next match (against Morgan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Putnam will be playing in front of their home fans against Tourtellotte Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
