While Grant's victory against Chippewa Hills wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers had just enough and edged out the Warriors 7-6 on Wednesday. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 10-1 victory on Monday.

Austin Gragg was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last 14 matches. Gavin Kiliszewski was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

The win made it two in a row for Grant and bumps their season record up to 9-6. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Chippewa Hills, they dropped their record down to 7-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grant will venture away from home to face off against Oakridge at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chippewa Hills, they will head out to take on Tri County Area at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
