Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Lamar). They put the hurt on the Lamar County Bulldogs with a sharp 82-56 victory on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Stallions as they're now sitting on three straight.

South Lamar's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Lamar County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

South Lamar will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Sulligent at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Lamar County, they will take on Belgreen in a tournament on Thursday.
