It was fun while it lasted, but Spruce Creek's undefeated season came to an end after seven games on Tuesday. They fell 6-3 to the Creekside Knights. The loss put an end to the Hawks' undefeated start to the season.

Jordan Livingston was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Devon Crown was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Having lost for the first time this season, Spruce Creek fell to 7-1. As for Creekside, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
