Gonzalez wasn't the only one making solid contact: University Prep kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 23 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in six consecutive matches.

University Prep's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
