Basketball Recap: Versailles Find Success

Versailles lost to Miami East back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Versailles Tigers snuck past the Miami East Vikings with a 44-38 victory. The 44-point effort marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The win made it two in a row for Versailles and bumps their season record up to 11-2. As for Miami East, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.

Versailles will welcome Coldwater at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Miami East, they will venture away from home to take on Northridge at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Northridge will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Miami East surely won't give up without a fight.
